Our lip filler results are designed to look like the very best version of your own lips, never anyone else's. We use small volumes of hyaluronic acid filler, placed with anatomical precision, to restore lost volume, refine asymmetry and gently improve hydration and definition.
Every lip is treated as a single artistic study: shape, symmetry, hydration, projection and the relationship of the upper to the lower lip are all assessed before a single drop of product is placed. Most patients leave with a result they can feel but that nobody else can quite identify.

First 24 hours
Mild swelling and tenderness are normal, and lips often look fuller than the final result. Ice packs and arnica help.
Days 2 to 4
Swelling subsides noticeably. Small bruises (if any) become visible and can be covered with makeup from day 2.
Days 5 to 10
Most swelling has resolved. Lips begin to settle into their final shape and feel soft and natural to touch.
2 weeks
Final result is visible. This is the ideal review point if you would like to add more.
6 to 12 months
Results last 6 to 12 months depending on metabolism and area. Top-ups maintain the refined finish.

Not in our hands. We work in small volumes (typically 0.5 to 1ml) and prioritise shape over size. The most common feedback we get after lip treatment is that nobody could point to what changed, only that you look well.
We almost always start with 0.5ml, half a syringe. It is genuinely enough to make a meaningful difference in most cases, and it gives us the chance to refine at a two-week review rather than over-treat in one sitting.
Six to twelve months for most patients. Lips are a high-movement area and metabolise filler faster than static regions like cheeks or tear troughs.
Discomfort is minimal. We use a strong topical anaesthetic and the modern HA fillers contain lidocaine for added comfort during placement.
Yes. Hyaluronidase reverses HA filler within hours. We rarely need to use it because we treat conservatively from the outset, but the reversibility is one of the reasons we exclusively use HA-based products.
